So I had a restful two-day weekend after a while.

So I had a restful two-day weekend after a while. Slept in and got the rest I needed. But because the world expects everyone to be super productive on Mondays, I'm already a little overwhelmed. Mondays should be a day when we ease into work at a reasonable pace. Not run around at breakneck speed. That's not how marathons are won, are they?

Well, until work culture changes, here's a reminder that it's totally normal to not be pumped about Mondays. Even if you like your work. If you aren't super productive today, it's completely fine. Life is a marathon, not a race.
