May Is Mental Health Awareness Month, So It’s Time For Something Special

everyone has mental health problems

Hello, friend! Hope you are doing well. As you probably know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. More than any other time of the year, now is when mental health advocates like you and me most need to raise mental health awareness.

So to mark this event, my friend Krsna Hemant and I have decided to shed some light on mental health issues at the workplace. Starting next Monday, we will be putting out photos and poems that will depict a particular mental disorder or illness.

We hope our project helps destigmatize mental health so that there can finally be open conversations on mental health at our places of work. Here’s to healthier and happier workdays!

Update:

The first post is up! It deals with anxiety on Monday Mornings. Go, check it out NOW!

The second post talks about the anxiety that bubbles up before a big presentation at work. Read it here.

The third post deals with the bleak reality known as email anxiety. Take a look at it over here.
