Not just for the sake of complaining
But to actually make a change

Approach someone who has the power to help
Then tell them what’s going on without whining
Let them know you tried to fix things yourself
Yet a change is still lacking
If they are worth their salt and have basic ethics
They will listen with enviable sincerity
And do everything in their power to look for a solution
